In each Clean-In-Place (CIP) Program, we know the task to optimize cleaning is of vital concern to processors. GPE has developed the new L1 sprayball with that objective in mind. Let GPE’s engineers collaborate with you on your next vessel project to maximize CIP design and pre-validation.

 

The unique GPE design insures full coverage of your vessel’s top head including connections, mixer flanges and manways. A standard computer-programmed spray pattern and cascade effect provide full coverage for most vessels at minimal water usage and pressure of 10-15 GPM at 25-35 PSIG. Individualized spray pattern manipulation is available for special applications. Certification for pre-validation documentation can be achieved through dye-coverage testing by GPE engineers.

Depending on the vessel design and specific process needs, GPE can offer alternatives to the L1 Static Sprayball, including:

  • Specialized rotating sprayball assemblies capable of providing cascading spray coverage using low levels of water at a low pressure.
  • Rotary Jet cleaning machines designed to provide high impact, 360° coverage at various pressures and flow rates.
